HAKIKI Elections

Security and integrity

Results you can stand behind, and a record that can’t quietly change.

At the source

Trust starts at the station.

  • Signed photos

Each photo is signed on the agent’s phone with place and time, and checked on arrival.

  • Checked devices

Every phone is checked when registered. One that can’t show it is genuine is flagged, not hidden.

  • Two-step sign-in

A one-time code, then a PIN. Lost phones can be revoked.

The record

Changes leave a trace.

  • Kept, not replaced

Answers, findings and decisions are added rather than replaced. Corrections sit beside the original.

  • An audit trail that shows changes

Actions are recorded in an audit trail built so that edits and deletions show.

  • Files re-checked

Stored photos are re-checked regularly and whenever they are opened. A changed file stops an export.

Access and privacy

Only the right people.

  • Your data kept separate

Each organisation’s data is isolated from every other’s.

  • Access by role

Admins review and export, staff key, agents see only their own stations.

  • Agents protected

Agents’ phone numbers are masked in evidence packs.

Independent

Don’t take our word for it.

Evidence packs can be checked with standard tools, without trusting Hakiki.
