HAKIKI Elections

Questions

Short answers. Ask us for the long ones.

Who is Hakiki Elections for?

Organisations that put their own agents at polling stations on election day and need to know, station by station, what the official Form 34A says, with evidence to back it.

Does Hakiki read the form photo automatically?

No. The agent types the figures, and a second person types them again from the photo, blind. Two independent readings confirm a result.

How is a result confirmed?

When the second, blind keying matches the agent’s figures, or when a reviewer decides which figures stand.

Can a result be changed after it is sent?

Not silently. A resubmission sits beside the original, and if it changes the figures it goes to a reviewer. Every version and decision stays on record.

What if two agents report the same station?

Both reports are kept and the station is flagged for a reviewer.

Can we see results before they are confirmed?

Yes. The dashboard shows provisional and confirmed results side by side, clearly marked.

How do agents sign in?

With their phone number: a one-time code, then their own PIN. An admin can revoke a lost phone or ask for the PIN again.

What does an evidence pack contain?

For one station: a full manifest of what was recorded, the device-signed photos, device records, the audit trail, a PDF summary, checksums and instructions for checking each part with standard tools.

Can we add agents during the election?

Yes. Seats can be added from your billing page at any time, and you choose which agents hold them.

How is it priced?

An activation fee plus a price per agent seat, agreed per organisation for the period you need. Talk to us for a quote.
