How it works

Every result takes the same path, from the polling station to evidence.

  1. Station

    Agent on site

  2. Capture

    Figures + photo

  3. Signed & sent

    Checked on arrival

  4. Second key

    Keyed again, blind

  5. Review

    Differences decided

  6. Confirmed

    Live on the dashboard

  7. Evidence

    Pack ready to export

Before election day

Set up once.

  • Load the map

Counties to polling stations, and the contests on each ballot.

  • Add your agents

Give each reporting agent a seat. Their phone is checked when it is registered.

  • Assign stations

Each agent sees only their own stations and contests.

On election day

Seven steps per station.

  1. 01

    At the station

The agent signs in with a one-time code and their PIN.

  2. 02

    Capture

Figures in ballot order, then a photo of the signed Form 34A.

  3. 03

    Signed and sent

The photo is signed on the phone with place and time, and checked on arrival. Totals that don’t add up are flagged, never silently corrected.

  4. 04

    Second key

Someone at the tally centre keys the form again from the photo, without seeing the agent’s figures.

  5. 05

    Review

Differences, duplicates and changed resubmissions go to a reviewer, who decides with a note on record.

  6. 06

    Confirmed

The result shows on the dashboard as confirmed, beside the provisional figures.

  7. 07

    Evidence

Export a pack for the station that anyone can check.
